The IMAI Foundation is making its unique archive of media art permanently available at the NRW-Forum Düsseldorf.
Visitors can immerse themselves in and interactively explore the history of video art from the 1970s to the present:
Info sheets on more than a thousand videos are spread out on the walls of the lounge and make it possible to experience the search-and-find principle physically. The videos can be called up individually on tablets provided. Comfortable seating furniture invites viewers to linger. In addition, an app offers specific search options. The selection of videos is being continuously expanded. Changing video programs are curated on the large projection wall.
