Florian Meier is a doctoral candidate in media and cultural studies at Heinrich Heine University Düsseldorf, where he works on the history of film in the post-war period. During his undergraduate studies, he worked, among other things, in the archival field and independently recorded and indexed estates at the University Archive Düsseldorf from 2014-2017. At the IMAI, he is appointed as a project associate to compile a catalogue raisonné on the intermedia artist Conrad Schnitzler. He is also working at the personal register of the Federal State Archive of North Rhine-Westphalia.
